Last week I was blessed to be part of a wonderful retreat.

I have been a part of this cause for the past 11 yrs...

THE CONNECT RETREAT for WOMEN SURVIVING CANCER.

11 years ago, 3 women started this retreat to bring women together

and let them know that their experiences could help one another.

Each year they come to
the CHRIST THE KING RETREAT CENTER in Buffalo MN

located on Buffalo Lake for 3 days of laughter, wonderful speakers, pampering, meeting new friends and re-connecting with old friends... and of course, terrific food!

Among the activities,
of course,
 we have to include some cardmaking and crafts!

This year I enlisted the help of some friends...

We had a very good turnout for the classes.

I had seen a picture of it on SCS but it was Jan that figured out how to make him, since I didn't have time to order the tutorial from Gretchen to arrive in time.

Jan is the Punch Art Queen!
